I was pivotal to re-engineering the Capital One Full Stack Interviewing program and led training sessions for hundreds of interviewers as well as led the development of the technical interviewing mentor training and certification program.
Automation

Automation can help free up people to work on more creative problems benefitting their growth and interests as well your business efficiency. Early on in my career I helped reduce the average number of customer touch points from four+ down to one by observing and creating a software automation process that could be performed safely by customer service agents no longer requiring escalation to more senior agents / engineering.
